Desde su fundación en 1980 E•C+A ha viabilizado el ofrecimiento de un servicio comprensivo en cada uno de los campos de arquitectura, diseño urbano o arquitectura del paisaje. La integración de estas disciplinas en nuestra oficina, nos permite desarrollar cualquier objeto arquitectónico, fundamentado en su relación con el programa y en su contexto más amplio ya sea urbano o rural; y permite igualmente que los proyectos de diseño urbano tome en consideración su viabilidad arquitectónica.

La experiencia de E•C+A incluye proyectos institucionales, residenciales, comerciales, religiosos y proyectos públicos. A cada proyecto ser aplicar un análisis profundo para aprovechar al máximo los recursos de lugar y del Cliente. Los proyectos son estudiados en forma tridimensional utilizando modelos que dibujos para hoy para lograr un idea arquitectónica integrada y una relación de espacios exitosa. Al final de cada etapa se realiza un análisis de costo para calibrar el impacto económico de las decisiones de diseño. Por otro lado, la experiencia en diseño urbano nos ha permitido hacer proyectos interdisciplinarios, desde complejos de grandes edificios hasta pequeñas comunidades o pueblos completos; trabajar en centros urbanos históricos y otros centros urbanos existentes y producir planes maestros para nuevos desarrollos que generan interés de los sectores público y privados.

Nuestro equipo estudia la estructura urbana considerando temas como transportación, desarrollo privados, usos del terreno, espacios urbanos y otros; desarrollando programa de acción, estrategias de diseño, guías de diseño para el diseño coordinado de un área; identificando fuentes de financiamiento y desarrollando estrategias de implantación en coordinación con los municipios, el gobierno central, desarrolladores privados y otros grupos locales de interés.

En E•C+A perseguimos ideas y conceptos innovadores, donde los temas históricos y culturales combinado con un acercamiento sensitivo a nuestro frágil medio ambiente proveen el marco para desarrollar nuevas y creativas soluciones de diseño. Cada proyecto es supervisado por el Principal de la firma y coordinado por el Arquitecto del Proyecto, quien con la ayuda de otros arquitectos el responsable de llevarlo hasta su culminación. ESCALA • Corchado + Arquitectos is an outstanding office of architects that has been actively involved in providing high quality services to public and private clients. Our services include those corresponding to architecture, urban design and landscape architecture.

Since its foundation in 1980, E•C+A has made possible a comprehensive service in each of the fields of architecture, urban design or landscape architecture. The integration of these disciplines in our office, allows us to develop any architectural object, based on its relationship with the program and in its wider context, whether urban or rural; and also allows urban design projects to take into account their architectural viability.

The experience of E•C+A includes institutional, residential, commercial, religious and public projects. Deep analysis is applied to each project to take full advantage of the site and the client resources. The projects are studied in three-dimensional models to achieve an integrated architectural idea and a relationship of successful spaces. At the end of each stage a cost analysis is performed to gauge the economic impact of design decisions. The development of final construction documents, includes careful coordination with our consulting engineers and rigorous construction contract management that allows E•C+A to transform ideas into realities.

On the other hand, the experience in urban design has allowed us to work interdisciplinary projects, from large buildings complex to entire villages or small communities. At a larger scale, we have worked in historic urban centers and other existing urban centers and produced master plans for new developments that generate interest from the public and private sectors.
